How it works
Four steps, from first price list to final invoice.
Send your line sheet
Use the application form, or email purchasing@el3vencommerce.com. Include case packs, minimums, UPCs and lead times.
Account setup
We complete your new-account or credit application and send our W-9 and resale certificate.
Purchase order
A written PO: items, quantities in full case packs, ship-to address and payment terms.
Delivery and reconciliation
We check each delivery against its PO and invoice, and report any discrepancy within 5 business days, with photos.
Payment
Prepaid to start, terms as we grow.
We pay opening orders in advance, by ACH or wire transfer, so your team carries no credit risk while we get to know each other. Once a payment history is in place, we're glad to move to net terms through your credit process.
Documents we provide
A W-9 and our resale certificate, with your new-account or credit application. We fill in any forms your team uses.
